Up for sale is a pair of 19th century Chinese butterfly knives (Shuang Hudiedao).
Overall length: 17 11/16"
Blade length : 13 7/16"

Single-edged, tapering blades, wedge-shaped cross section (flat inner side).
Iron knuclebows with forward facing quillons, brass ferrules, and half-round hardwood grips. (One having repaired hairline crack but in sturdy condition).
Modern redwood storage scabbard.
