Interesting Hausa Arm Dagger: Telek Brass for sale/swap
 

An interesting arm dagger, of large proportions: 50cm/20" (not in scabbard).
I assume that the piece of steel/iron used for the blade is a reuse, as it is stamped 'E.E.E.' Condition is solid with wear, hammer marks, pitting, some rust etc.
Scabbard is brass with fine punched decoration. Brass has become brittle with age and armlet has cracked in several places and completely split (see picture). Small seam needs resoldering behind armlet. Some knocks etc.

See pics, an unusual knife, and in unrestored condition that would make it a nice winter project: £70 plus registered shipping. Swaps considered, P/X etc.
