An introduction worthy of rolling out the proverbial red carpet, IMHO... :)

I will be bookmarking this thread and revisiting it often in anticipation of seeing some of the items under (or soon to be under) your curatorial care.

Welcome to the forum Cesare. I will very much be looking forward to further developments in this thread.

Regards,

Chris

Hi Cesare,

The sword you posted is of characteristic North Italian type, ca. 1300.

Please share more early weapons in that museum with us; my special interest and expertise are earliest firearms of the 14th to the 17th centuries, as well as period ammunition and all accouterments. :)

Best,
Michael
