Austria Hungary marked Bichaq Question

I recently picked up this little bichaq. I have not seen another with AH assay marks and or serbian maker marks. VP is the maker n Cyrillic
Anyone else run across any of these?

VP is an Austrian cutlery-maker marking on bayonets, but the name of the company escapes me. I think it might be Ferlach, but I'm not certain that's right.
