This just finished on eBay......Papua New Guinea ???? Obviously an African Tebu dagger , it seems some people have money to 'burn' ...even though the 'credit crunch' is still lingering :rolleyes:

Interesting ....is the sellers 'authenticity pledge'

he covered himself by saying it was FOUND in PNG, not that it originated there... semantics...

I also hadn't noticed the addition of an eBayer's comment at the bottom of the listing :o ...stating that

.... In my opinion this item is a rather typical Tedda (or Teda, part of the Toubou ethnic group)knife from Tibesti, Chad
