THERE IS NO SURE WAY TO SAY WHICH CAME FIRST BUT EXAMPLES OF THE FORM PROBABLY DID EXIST LONG BEFORE MAN HAD THE ABILITY TO WORK METALS. I WILL INCLUDE SOME PICTURES FOR DISCUSSION AND OPIONIONS AND CONJECTURE. FEEL FREE TO ADD FURTHER PICTURES. :D

now for some more modern forms. from kris (Moro) to keris (indonesian) to India and perhaps Persia. sometimes referred to as flame blades and naga blades.
