what do you think of this naga shield ...
I think it was used for ceremonies ..
it is small 74cm x 36cm in bark or wood .. usually they are leather ... the handle is not common ..

I think you're right. Never seen monkey heads on a shield like this before. Interesting and nice!

they are two carnivorous skulls. jackal? and the 3rd is a rodent ..

Yes for me is tow carnivorous skull (dog and? ) and a Porcupine (Hystrix ) skull.

I don't think i really see any signs that this shield saw use even in ceremony. There does not seem to be deeper wear around the handle area than the rest of the shield as one might expect. It's all pretty even.
