I believe it to be a Konda ceremonial or parade knife. Central African Republic of the Congo.

Indeed from the KONDA or neigboring tribes in Congo.
I agree it isn't very old, relatively weak blade which is not forged.
Might be from around 1950, but probably slightly younger.
