Balkan knife

Time to get rid of the stuff I have not looked at in two years, first up is this knife with original fish skin (?) covered scabbard; it's big and beautiful, 27 cm blade, 39.5cm over all. I think I figured out where it came from when I got it, but have since forgotten.
Has an excellent temper line, ideal for letting people know the Japanese were not the only ones to use that heat treating technique :D It is missing one cell on the handle, and the scabbard cover is suffering from thread rot; that could be restored tho. $350, plus shipping? |
