Hi everyone! Thanks in advance for any possible help. I have this old spearhead. Not really anything I know about it. Hopefully theres some info about it someone would know?

Spearheads can be so tough to identify as the same form - that works - has been repeated in so many times and places. The patina is very convincing for authenticity, a European excavated example from +- 1,000 years ago could surely look like this. What is the size? From the last photo, I suspect this may have been a javelin (throwing spear) head. I am away from my reference books currently, but will look for matches when I can.

Good afternoon Lee! I'm really really sorry for not replying earlier, there are some permission issues with my account and I believed I was subscribed to the post but don't have permission to view my subs, or access them on my profile, and so wasn't getting notificaitons. Anyway I have emailed through the contact us so hopefully that won't be an issue.

Hopefully it's not too late, but the measurements are as follows!
