Co Jang or Gliwang Tjot Jang for sale
 

For sale is this Co Jang or Gliwang Tjot Jang from Aceh, Sumatra, age guess: end of 19th century. Horn handle has an age crack, the blade is very finely laminated and very clean, I only have removed some flash rust with steel wool. File work is down and up from the blade direct behind the handle. Some nicks in the edge, I guess that it has seen some action. These swords don't have had scabbards. 77,5 cm overall, blade 63,5 cm, 9mm thick at the spine behind the handle. 532 gram.
