Thanks Lew and Stuart. Unless I can get it paying paypal, I will have to wait to see if amazon UK is selling it.

You can find ANYTHING on eBay! I think that my last ex-wife advertises her services there!

Sorry about that, boring Sunday morning. Think that I'll go clean my armor.

Today I've received the book.
Big and heavy.
682 pages.
All color pictures.

Well, I'm disappointed.
At first the plan is strange, a mix of regional and historical progression (colonized regions).
No real classification for the weapons.
Too much low quality weapons.
No size, no age, no specific name, no material used description under the pics.
No references for the photos in situ.

Sometimes the background of the picture is red orgreen or blue or orange or gray or yellow or purple.
Strange idea.Bad design.
The angle to take the photo are often bad, I mean not in the axe.
Bad light.
The intention is good but the execution is not equal to the task.
I know that the making of this kind of big, coloured book cost a lot of money and required a lot of time .
What a pity !
It's hard for me to understand the approach of Mr Tirri.

If you have this book, what do you think of it ?

I looked thru the book some of his dating and provinance is questionable. The issue is once it is written in a book the items are treated as gospel. Is what it is.
