Revolver gunong

Hello,
only want to share the pictures of this unusual looking gunong which was sold recently by ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...vip=true&rt=nc Regards, Detlef |
Was looking at that one but the price was a bit high. Definately a odd piece meant for the American troops that were stationed in the. Philippines post WW2.

I'll pose the question: wouldn't this make a great visual deterrent to a potential attacker when seen from twenty feet away, or across a room . ?
Maybe it was made as a souvenir, but maybe not ? The work is quite good . Worth every penny . :) |
