African spear. Help needed.

Together with an Indonesian (Enggano) spear, I won this African spear in an auction.
As I know nothing about African weapons , I wonder who can help me.
From which country does it come, which region / tribe? What is the quality? Age?
It has a great patina, but no provenance at all.
Who can help?

The copper bands, style of wood carving and overall form make me think it is from the Congo. That area is not my specialty but hopefully others will see this post and help you make a more detailed ID.

Congo sounds good to me. Any additional infomation from others? Freddy maybe? I think it is your specialty?

Congo, I agree. Tribe I don't know, seems rather uncommon.
But it's definitely a good quality spear, nice patina, my guess would be early 20th C which is very good for Congo stuff.
